Reproduction of inquest' evidence by the Media

The Coroner has no objection to the evidence posted on the Inquest website being reproduced. If an issue arises in relation to copyright in any such material, it should be a matter for consideration by the legal adviser to the media organisation wishing to use the material.

When used, material should be credited to the Inquest website so it is clear that it has been shown in open court as part of the inquest' proceedings. The credit is to read: www.stockwellinquest.org.uk.
